This book worked its way onto my Top 10 list because it shows that systems can replicate the cool stuff I could do on a much larger scale. Which, once I experienced it, was much much better than doing everything myself. As it turns out, I wanted to see the great service delivered because of the wow factor. I did not really need to deliver it – I just wanted to be a part of it.
