The E Myth Revisited

The E Myth Revisited shows scattered entrepreneurs how to avoid their primary pitfall

The E Myth RevisitedIf you are like me (and most entrepreneurs), you struggle when it comes to finishing and sustaining all of your great ideas.  Harnessing the passion and making a business out of what I do best was such a struggle.  When the time comes to produce more and involve others, quality and responsiveness suffers… Arghhh!!! When great customer service begins to falter, I am tempted to take the job back and slow down.  Michael Gerber exposes this pitfall and describes how to work around it so that entrepreneurs can achieve the business the dreamed about.

This book worked its way onto my Top 10 list because it shows that systems can replicate the cool stuff I could do on a much larger scale.  Which, once I experienced it, was much much better than doing everything myself.  As it turns out, I wanted to see the great service delivered because of the wow factor.  I did not really need to deliver it – I just wanted to be a part of it.
