Staging – there is no substitute for bringing in a professional stager to coach you through the process of getting your house in shape.  Nobody lives like a model home.  Even if you are a professional decorator, there is a difference in making a house have the broadest buyer appeal.  The answer is NOT neutralization either.  It takes a keen, experienced eye to customize a plan for each home.  Here is what we provide.

Professional Photography – most of the home photos I see online are NOT impressive.  If you have searched around online at all, you know what I am talking about.  Think about it… With all of the internet websites picking up these photos off of the MLS and syndicating them across the world, you would think agents would invest more time in making them count!
