The question usually is: How old are your systems and which one(s) do you think you really need coverage for? The fine print in home warranty agreements can frustrate you – usually at a time when you are already dealing with something unpleasant. After the home purchase, I prefer to take my chances with my contractors – knowing I will get the straight story and a reasonable price to fix it.
